When i came to the dealership, the advisor (asian guy with glasses and a short haircut) rudely told me no. Said thats not how it works or whatever and that my coupon cant be used. She helped me out and took initiative and made my experience turn around!! Thank you so much Marlen!! Ive been booking my appointments the same way i always do, from that text message system. She took great care of my vehicle and walked me through everything and got my oil change done so quick! As someone who works as a manager at a restaurant, whenever a guest has some sort of coupon or whatever I. HONOR. IT. Unless its crazy expired or something but mine was literally okay to use. According to the manager, Marlen, and whoever i was talking too on the messages. That dude needs to reread his core values on the wall and be nicer.
