I did my oil change and tyre rotation today. My service advisor, Samuel, was very professional and very patient in handling my service process. He took time to explain the recommended services and allowed me make my decision. I will continue to work with this service center.

Yesterday I did oil change but at evening I noticed that oil was leaking from the engine. To day I again brought my car to the Service Advisor namely Oscar Chamagua but he and his manager says that you need to change the oil pain. I told them that before this oil change there was no leak and yours technician has broken it. They showed me an old daint on the pain but I told them that this is old one but there was no leak now you have over tightened the drain plug and it started leaking

Angel has always been prompt about my time constraints, but takes the time to explain everything on the recommended services. The dealership as a whole has great customer relations.
