I received today exceptional, professional and friendly service from Trieu Nguyen who took care of my damaged tires. I loved that he reminded me of my existing tire warranty which helped me to leave with two new tires. Thank you for exceptional service every time I bring my car in. This is the first dealer I am completely satisfied from the start buying a car until the last service. I only can recommend Group 1 Toyota Ford Bend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Reason, please read below, I have bought multiple cars from group1, let alone 3 cars from this dealership . Any individual would think that they deserve respect and at least honesty from this dealership. Forget about everyone at that dealership I’m going to talk about the general manager of this location who is unethical, unprofessional and a cheat and just can’t believe that he’s handling this business, due to his stinking attitude and bad behavior he should be cleaning toilet seats. This review will be posted on 8 other websites/apps. I had final numbers on a car on the sale i.e $42,000 after heavy negotiations and they sold the same kind car to an elderly person for $49,000 which is none of my business but just FYI how much they rip old/innocent people, but they got me back illegally on Finance, I strictly told Kara(finance guy) not to add any warranty, but they scammed me and added the extended warranty for $3600 to my contract. Keep in mind, in Finance they will not show you the screen and just show you the place only where to sign and play with the numbers. That’s how they get you. I didn’t realize that till I received the letter from Toyota finance. I m Contacting the Toyota finance and the third party who they sell the warranty for and tell them about their bad practices. They just wanna get paid commission and than tell customer it’s not a big deal and that they can cancel for free. If they hadn’t added any warranty in beginning my payment would be at least $50 less, but they just want to make their commission and I will Make sure they get exposed. I have complained about them to different agencies and brought it to group 1 corporate office’s attention also. They add the warranty to the contract, get the commission from the third-party and then they will tell you to cancel later on, obviously since they received their commission for selling their warranty to you. They are a big scam and I will not recommend this dealerhlship to anyone. Matter of fact, I am taking them to court for their bad practices. We all work hard for our money and then this kind of business robs us and steals our money by throwing these warranties in our contract without us knowing. Please don’t give this dealership any business as they scam good and elderly citizens. They need to learn lesson as they take advantage of elderly and simple people. There is lots of Toyota dealership who don’t scam you and don’t steal your money like this dealership does. My salesman Fahim is a nice guy and I have nothing against him as he was just doing his job but it’s the GM Martin who is at fault and because of him this review is being posted.

Everything was great until checkout for my vehicle service. Then all of a sudden the price was different. It was adjusted after I pointed out the discrepancy. But it should have been right the first time. It made me feel like they tried to chingale me.

Usually I have good service here from Tariq, BUT today Matthew Dominguez checked me in and I had the worst experience a man can have for a simple tire change! I'm doing everything I can to not drop a bunch of F bombs. What should have taken 1 hour tops, took over 3 hours. I came in bc 1 of my tires was leaking air. Turns out it had a nail that required a tire change. That took over 3 hours to complete! To make things worst, they did not add air to the other tires to make sure all 4 tires had the same amount of air after they replaced my tire and they did not place the valve tire cap back on to the new tire! I am beyond upset! Terrible terrible terrible!
